requirements and distribution, problems and solutions, and other pertinent
information. This ensures that each project is receiving the appropriate
attention.

via regular project meetings with structured agendas.
- Our project managers, superintendents, and craft personnel receive
regular input as to their performance and how it relates to customer
service and satisfaction.
